Prabhakunj Realty is the sister concern of Prabhakunj Group. Prabhakunj Group started off its journey with the Realty Sector under the name Prabhakunj Realty during the year 2011.
We have completed 9 huge projects since our inception, catering different sections of the society. Prabhakunj Realty caters to all the different sections of society i.e. Luxurious Premium, Upmiddle, Middle & Lower section of society.
Majorly we are indulge in Affordable Housing Projects, as they form around 70% to 80% of our society. After conduction a survey we came to know the requirements & needs of the common man. Since its inception, Prabhakunj Realty is constantly analysing the customers need of all segments and utilizing the some while executing projects. That is why Prabhakunj Realty takes care of simplifying financial concerns of customers and has initiated a scheme, wherein the customers get all the facilities for a truly balance life.
Along with this Prabhakunj also envision to offer quality residence at the most affordable price and hense it has become a widely appreciated name for residential & commercial in Navsari.
With our initial projects we realized that a common man, after fulfilling his long cherished dream of having his own Home, doesn’t has any money or savings left with him. We provide end to end services from Registration, Documentation, Legal Fomalities, Bank Formalities of getting the Loan Sanctioned, to Water Supply, Electric Supply and Cooking Gas connection to fully furnished & Interior designed by our professionals to the ultimate goal of providing a dream house.
Many of our projects are architecturally designed according to the norms for availing the benefits of Subsidy under the Pradhan Mantri Avas Yojna, where the customer gets Rs.2,67,000/- subsidy from the loan amount to be paid. Also some of our projects have Move-In option, wherein you are suppose to walk into a fully furnished abode designed by our Proffesional Interior Designers.
