Prabhakunj Flowers

When 7 different flowers bloom together in a single garden, the scent that captivates the entire surrounding takes one’s soul onto an entire blissful journey. And so is true for our ongoing project Prabhakunj Flowers, wherein there are 7 Apartment Structures, the names of which bearthe initials of the word FLOWERS; Flora, Lotus, Orchid, Wild Rose, Erica, Rock Rose And Saffron.

This project caters to the needs of the Lower-Middle Class families, so apart from taking into account the basic and staple needs of the inmates; it also considers the requirements of the modern day lifestyle. So this project is equipped with all the desired amenities which adds a touch of elegance and style

All the 7 structures individually comprise of 5-storeys each with 1 / 2 BHK units of different dimensions ranging from 650sq.ft. to 900sq.ft. Super build-up area. There are a total of 235 units within all the 7 structures, out of which 221 are already booked. Also, this project does avail the benefits of subsidy amounting to Rs.2,67,000/- under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
